140amp Intelligent Battery Separator – 12V
The voltage sensitive relay allows two batteries being charged at the same time.
When the engine starts and the start battery reaches 13.3V, the relay pulls in, allowing the two battery banks (start and house) to be charged simultaneously.
When the voltage drops below 12.65V (the engine has stopped), the relays drops out, separating these batteries.
This system prevents the starter battery from discharging and protects sensitve electronic equipment powered by the house battery from harmful start up spikes.
